    不滅的妳們~~不要再把我往下拉了...

    接獲案主自殺的消息時
    心裡雖然十分震驚
    但並沒有愧疚的感覺
    關係建立.提供資源.轉介.每個禮拜的密集聯繫....
    在思考到的範圍內~~該做的.能做的..都做了....
    直到今天督導說的一句話
    還好沒有成功..還好媒體沒有曝光..不然責任就會在妳身上!
    這是多麼大的罪名..指控..責難阿...
    然後才再來說~~當初應該怎樣..怎樣..
    放什麼馬後炮嘛$#@@~~
    當外界所有的指責都指向社工員時
    最沒有資格再落井下石的人~~就是督導..主管吧..
    記錄你們都蓋過章
    該有什麼檢討..提醒..指正..要說都早該說了吧...
    但你們除了蓋空白章.寫日期之外
    有再填上一字一語沒有
    事件發生了
    沒有一句安慰的話~~反而還桶上一刀
    冷阿~~~~~~~~~
    心寒阿~~~~~~~~~

    真的很佩服能在這個領域做很久的前輩
    在這個領域不會有任何的讚美
    連要得到支持都很難
    案家的感謝也不敢收
    因為那是這份工作賦予的責任和義務
    肯定~~要自己建立
    成就~~要自己累積
    挫折~~要自己撫平
    做這份工作最大也是唯一的快感
    就是和同儕一起罵主管怪督導氣網絡間的其他體系
    還有痛恨~~案主不滅!
